When people think of abuse, they assume it is physical when in reality abuse comes in many obvious and non obvious ways. We all are familiar with the obvious forms of abuse but most are unfamiliar with a tactical form such as GASLIGHTING!
Unfortunately, for me I have had the unpleasurable experience of this form of abuse for over 8 years until I mustered up the strength to say enough is enough and leave the toxic hell I subjected myself too for way too long!
To help someone else out there I came across this list and figured I’d share it. This list I found on yahoo was such a accurate description of what I went through and I wanted to share to help someone else out there recognize the signs. Please and I quote this is a list I came upon it is not mine! And remember if you or anyone you know is suffering some form of abuse get out safely and if you can’t locate a domestic abuse line and or your closest police authorities!
Remember you are not alone, get out and get help! Regain your control and sanity and put abusers where they belong!

Why Thank you very much! There will be more of this content in the near future as I plan to focus half on poetry and the other on speaking on the behalf of narcissistic abuse and cyberstalking both which I have the misfortune to experience in a lifetime and want to help others out there like me! Can’t wait!! 😁😍 Romeo is a kisser so that was a no brainer and once you have a Romeo you need a Juliet! Ha! Busy? You have no idea! Juliet is a cross between King Charles Cavalier Spaniel and a Bechon Frise and she is frisky – We learned a new dog behavior called “Zooming” – where for no visible reason they start running circles around the coffee table and down the hall and back, jump on the sofa and down and then back up and then back down the hall and back for about 3-4 minutes and then lay down. Weird but a riot to watch!! Looking forward to reconnecting, My Dear!!

Wow sounds like a wild time but full of love and excitement and joy! I have a client whom has a German Sheppard and I watch when she has ran lamps from room to room and stood there in amazement that nothing broke or fell over or that she got hurt in the process ..its wild! It’s funny he has been a client for at least a year now and I am so in love with the dog! And the feeling is mutual I get kisses the whole time I am there!

It was a hell like no other that’s for sure! I have been through cyberstalking and then narcissistic abuse with the obvious trait of gaslighting…
Both are very weak individuals, games like these are not played by confident and good people it’s done by pathological and unstable individuals..and thank you beautiful, leaving was the best thing I did wish I would not have wasted so many years in the process …I knew what was happening a little to late but once I talked to people who had the expertise and the name to what was happening to me I didn’t hesitate much longer..these things never change and it’s a horrible thing to go through ..
I was worried for my kids esp..
And for me was worried I’d die not living to my fullest potential and scared to die with regret 🙃

There are so many pathetic losers out here and looking to try to ruin someone’s confidence and life. I applaud you for putting your kids safety first and protecting them. Many women don’t do that. So you are my hero ♥️♥️♥️

Happy New Year 😀 yes it is a damning list and the people who gaslighting, stalk, or abuse are very insecure people so they use what they think is power to inflict it on the strong and secure!
I have learned alot in life about people amd character and that titles mean nothing when your a ugly person inside!
Anyway I have a lot of strong will and I will never let anyone take away any more time for me, because the 8 years of hell I endured where years lost of my life I won’t get back! However it made resilent and I am arching my way up the ladder to success 😀
