    1. Sorry Benjamin 😞 I know and lived that way for 8 years ….its the worst kind of hell and I look back at the years wasted and saw what it did to my kids and I and regret it everyday…
      Your blindsided
      You lose yourself
      You become a prisoner surrendering thinking your losing your sanity
      Most don’t recognize or come out of it! I was told by a professional that most live and die in that hell!
      My confidence and strong mind is what made me fight …I never bowed down and I walked
      I knew he wouldn’t change so after years of knowing that everyday was walking on eggshells
      Everyday was a battle
      Everyday was a punishment unless you complied
      I said…NO MORE!
      I AM TOO PRETTY TOO SMART AND CAN HAVE ANYTHING AND ANYONE
      I said goodbye and now I am living a happy life
      Life is never easy
      But I was locked in a cage and I freed myself from the shackles
      Sorry you relate
      I know others whom have lived this way
      And all it is are the narcissists are insecure
      And they prey on you when your in trouble
      Coming in like a knight only to enslave you to there life there dreams ripping you of your identity
      Maybe I can help someone
      I plan on speaking on this may that be on this blog another blog solely on narcissim or maybe write a book

      1. I see what you mean. Sure your story can help many others who have to deal with things like this. It just kinda reminded me of some things and remember to not let people treat you like this. It’s not deserved ever. Thanks for sharing! Hope you’re doing well!

        I learned from this how very strong willed I am
        Always confident never afraid to try and I know what I will and will not tolerate
