The pain in his eyes showed
The glow and sparkle diminished
Caught between his past and present
Knowing he craved her attention
Wanting to explore her even more
But not knowing how to let go of the chains that bind him
His brain in a haze
By her magic
The lust in her eyes
Was no disguise
The inferno between them
Could she untangle him from this dark web of lies
That he had bound himself too
Guilt and remorse weighing upon the chains
Will she kiss him goodbye
One last time
Leaving her scent upon his collar
That will haunt him forever
Tragically in regret

      3. I was gone for 15 years. I was in the Army. I was lucky. I was station in California, Texas and Georgia. I return home to take care of my grandparent. Now I am the grandparent. I trained at Fort Dix many times.
