Searching For Answers Written By Nichole Sulpizio

Pulled over on the side of the road because my emotions got to me πŸ’”

It a one of those days

Life’s little maze of disasters

Heartache

Pain expelled with each breath

Chest crushing

Living hell

Of painful moments

In time

No way to rewind

Searching for answers

Of where I went wrong

All along

Upon my journey

Divisions

Waiting

For that moment in time

When the joy of life becomes mine

On a flight to another land

Hand in hand

Patient I wait

For the happiness of someday

To finally happen

  1. This is a beautiful poem and a gesture as well, as it is always when one looks into one’s self, it can be hard and painful but it also teaches us to overcome and grow with one more experience. You are a beautiful soul that feels and loves…

  2. Wow! Really loved this, Nikki!! Happy that you are reaching the end of the tunnel and you can let out the emotions and feelings you have been holding back while being strong!!! Letting loose of what was held in and trying to overwhelm you is a healthy release and another step towards the new life you are building now. I’m hoping that release helped to clear out room for the happiness ahead for you, My Dear!!

  3. This poem is both heartbreaking and hopeful. I am not sure what you are referring to with regards to things being your fault please tell me you realize that you are not. We are only responsible for ourselves and our reactions to what is going on. You are not at fault for decisions others have made. No matter what. You are not responsible.
You are such a sweet woman and I realize I am being that ‘mom’ type but I don’t want you hurting and feeling like this. πŸ™‚

    1. Jay-lyn wow thank you πŸ’œ i realize choices we make even with the best intentions lead us down roads that we lose control of….sometimes my heart leads me to the wrong places and people allowing pain..while I can admit my crappy childhood was not my fault it sent me into a world full of pain and everytime something goes beautifully and I am that close to a beautiful end it ends …the last 13 years have been a hell i am close to happiness now but hitting some road blocks patiently again waiting for the happiness I have waited for years…❀😘 much love from a sweet woman to another ❀
