For A Fellow Blogger Whom Asked Me To Write This Piece On My Opinion Of The Ideal Man!

So lets start with the term IDEAL….it is someones conception of perfect! Maybe most suitable! Although there is no perfect nor would i desire perfect (because well honestly there is no such person) what would i feel is most suitable for me! Before i make clear of what i find desirable in a mate let me first say what i ask in someone i also give! It is not a one way street and i give as much as i ask for! My expectations are what i would expect someone to expect from me! So let me say, i will not just take, i will give! If you love and respect me, it will be returned tenfold, i am a lover not a fighter, although i do stand my ground! I think for me after mistakes from my past and at the age i am i know now what i will tolerate and what i will not! I know what i want and what will make me run for the hills! I know my turn ons and turn offs so here is my Ideal man!! This also does not pertain to looks it is about the person!!

1.) Similar interests…very important! Made enough mistakes to know. I have learned my lesson we must share some similar interests for it to work! Writers you most likely have to be one so you understand me! I am attracted to men whom write and express themselves 🙂

2.) Similar goals…that is self explanatory. But like interests we must see things somewhat down the line similar in nature so we are headed in the same direction.

3.) Communication is key…lack of this results in me running far away.. I have had lack of communication in the past and it is destructive. I will not be with someone whom lacks this skill. If your closed off and unwilling to talk..i just cant!

4.) No head games…another no-no! I do not play them i will not be with someone whom does. Tell me the truth raw and real as i will be honest back. I will not tolerate childish head games at this age. Been on that roller coaster and i am nauseous! This is not high school i am to old for that crap!

5.) Classy but rugged. Guys i love both! Suit and tie is oh so nice but so is a tank and jeans! Little stubble and messy hair…yummy! Be clean cut but manly.

6.) Bad boy with a warm heart and gentle soul! Love a tuff man who will defend and protect me and keep me safe.. but also will be gentle with my heart and know how to hold me close! Will not let someone hurt me but will hold my hand, hold doors and treat me like a princess!!

7.) Romantic and passionate..love walks on the beach, love kisses under city lights,, love fancy dinners, also love to make dinner for my guy by candlelight and soft music! Make dinner, dancing in the kitchen, while kissing you!! Better be able to slow dance lol

8.) Be a kisser…i love to kiss! Slow passionate kisses for hours! This is a huge deal.. intimacy starts here for me! Bubble gum kisses 😉 merlot kisses soft lips and me on your lap…okay lets stop there lol

9.) Touch.I love my long hair brushed, gently touched. Touch my cheek, put your arm around me, pull me close! Trust me i am a toucher you will never feel lonely or unloved!

10.) Take my breath away…cute little gestures..surprising texts..flowers..a little note..grab me kiss me yes take my breath away!!

11.) Love God ..need someone whom understands God is my everything..and so are my kids and my dad! These things are most important.. be understanding of them..these are my life be fully aware before you enter!

12.) Do not be too needy..i love little texts in the morning and at night send some in the afternoon shhh…love those unexpected texts, little is more to me but dont be vacant. So happy medium…do not be all day long but do not be here or there.. both turn me off quickly…Let me know i am on your mind and it will go a long way..i am the same!

13.) Honesty…in everything! Rather honest then confusion. Clarify! If i question you too much i am out! If i trust you with my heart, my body, my life you better be honest! After my past trust is not easy for me and it takes time. Be willing to understand this if you cant..walk!!

14.) Back to being a princess.. yes i am high maintenance! I take time and pleasure in looking good! Nails done and pedicures stiletto heels and red lips..and i take my time getting ready for a night out! I like fancy things but i am not materialistic! Money can not buy me! I also can be that girl whom can put a t shirt on hair in a ponytail with a baseball hat and watch a football game..i am the best of both worlds…lets watch football…well after that night out that you wine and dine me lol GO EAGLES…yes i am a eagles fan xoxo

  3. Great post! I’m sure these can be tough to write. Since my girlfriend is my perfect woman (brownie points hehe), I can say that life is pretty sweet but I spent a long time being single. In some ways, I think I was a perfectionist and that can definitely hold you back while also making for some very funny stories. Haha. I had a date with one lady and she was nice and interesting but I don’t know. She revealed her seven or eight or maybe nine tattoos and I’ll admit. It killed it for me. I don’t mind one or two but any more than that drives me away. Superficial am I? Probably but hey. I know what I like and what I don’t. Haha. On a different date with a different woman, she showed up in shorts…with very unshaven legs. I mean the hair was long on her legs. I couldn’t believe this. I think I was totally justified in showing no interest in a second date. Haha. Great post, GlitzyRitzy!

And your girlfriend yes hope she reads this brownie points always a plus 😉 I am a perfectionist to a degree I am changing that somewhat.. it’s to stressful and nothing In life is perfect so I will settle for close to perfect and find happiness there! But I understand what your saying never settling always striving for better or thinking better exists…I have learned life lessons from steering away from what I envisioned as perfect trust me I could write a book on the grave consequences of those actions..tattoos for everyone is different I believe placement and femininity are more important then how many…softness and not harsh matter…i am very feminine and I have 4..gently placed and beautiful..not superficial it’s a preference its okay..but I know some woman covered that are beautiful and some with 2 that look horrendous it’s about femininity and the way the person looks..unshaven legs that’s a big no no I couldnt even fathem that that to I cant even comprehend…I shave everyday and then lotion and moisturize smell of beach or cotton candy so that to me is purely insane but whom am I to judge lol so yes I agree with no second date my friend…those brownie points may come in handy from your past experiences keep the one you got no more mishaps lol 🤣🤣🤣 btw thanks for the feedback and the compliments ❤💜

      1. Haha. Oh sure thing! Yeah, no I’m definitely holding onto her as long as she’ll have me. Yeah, tattoos are cool for some. It’s just my preference but I would never be one to ban tattoos or anything. I believe in freedom for all of course. I wish you luck on your journey my friend and I look forward to future posts!

  5. I enjoyed reading this, yet it made me sad. When I was young, I wanted few things..and I got them. Now, reading your list, I wish I had more of those. Yet, when it comes down to tacks, brass or not, I have all I need to live. It is good to see you have you heading in a positive direction. Hooray for you!!!! :o)

I think when we are younger we settle… as I got older I knew what it is I want and need and don’t have to settle..if not happy move on!!
